    Description

    This is a Keystone View Company stereoscopic picture that was part of their World War One series.  Belligerents on both side took and published images of enemy dead, this is a little different as it shows an Allied soldier.  The British soldier is almost entirely skeletalized  although his helmet, uniform and rifle are still with him.  A telling and grahic immage of the carnage inflicted during the Great War.
