Handley-Page Bomber Crew RPPC
Original WW1 British real photo post card of a Handley-Page bomber crew, features crew in flight gear standing just in front of the nose of a Handley-Page Type O bomber with another aircraft at the left. Card was mailed by a US Army officer to his wife back in Missouri while he was serving in the occupation of the Rheinland and is postmarked 18 April 1919. Inscription on back reads "Off For A Trip Over The Rhine Towns During The War". Note officer wearing Glengarry cap at center. Light wear to lower right corner of card but does not affect overall appearance or image quality. Nice piece for any collection of WW1 aircraft images and is in very good condition.
