Waterman Hemisphere set. Ballpoint, Pencil- read

Stopped using most of these pens a few years ago and they have been sitting waiting for a new hand to use them.
Here is a Waterman Hemisphere pen/pencil set in green marble and the pen has issues.
I have no idea where or when I got these. The pen cartridge won't come out leading me to believe that it leaked at some point. It can be soaked and removed and the new one put in but I am just letting it go. There are video's showing how to do it.
Pencil works fine.
I've been on eBay since 1999 and have worked hard for solid feedback. Please ask questions before bidding.
