    Description

    This lovely pair of sugar tongs is 3.25" long. It's stamped "T  Tiffany & Co.  Sterling and is a very pretty flower pattern on each arm of the tongs with birdlike claw feet on both arms. The little wine red old flannel bag is 5" long and not quite 1" wide. The bag has a red ribbon silk label sewn on one side that has Tiffany & Co. New York embroidered on it. The drawsrting is twisted cord that has fat silk tassels. Much of the nap of the flannel has worn off over the years. I believe this is Victorian. It's been stored inside a narrow box that has Frank L. Jones  Jewelers & Optometrist  Wenatchee, Wash. on the lid.
