    Description

    36 Commemorative Stamp Covers 100th Anniversary of the American Automobile
    album from the Postal Commemorative Society includes 36 postmarked covers featuring unique events pertaining to the American automobile from 1989 to 1967.  Each cover includes an automobile-related stamp from one of the United States, Republic of Maldives, Grenadines of St. Vincent, Saint Lucia, Grenadines, Nevis, Republic Togolese, Grenada or Tuvalu.  Each cover contains a 29 cent U.S. flag stamp postmarked in a U.S. city during 1992-1994.
    All the stamps are in mint condition except for the U.S. 1901 model closed coach automobile stamp, which is used.
