(Wikipedia) - The Sopwith Bat Boats were British flying boats designed and built from 1912 to 1914. A single-engined pusher biplane, the Bat Boat was the first successful flying boat and amphibious aircraft built in the United Kingdom, with examples used by the Royal Navy and by Greece and Germany.
Do not expect perfect photos. Often old photos have small creases and tears around the edges. Real Photograph Co. Ltd. was a British company and to my knowledge it went out of business in the later part of the 1960s. Note the hand writing on the back of the photograph.
